I can't remember who was asking about this movie coming to DVD and search is down. But...

I got this from the animecornerstore.com newsletter.

Laputa Castle in the Sky DVD
Kiki’s Delivery Service DVD
Spirited Away DVD



So, yay to Disney! I've not seen Laputa Castle in the Sky - have to look that one up.

I just received pre-order info for Spirited...had no idea Disney would distribute others!

Very cool!!!

SSB first saw (and loved) "Spirited Away" in special screening at the Toronto International Film Festival. I later took DD here, to see again when released in theaters.

SSB still thinks that it was a crime that Disney did not do more to widely distribute this film... the HIGHEST grossing film in Japan ever (surpassing "Titanic") .... and after it received ***** ratings from such notables as "Time" and "USA Today".

A GREAT film.

Already have JPN version with English subtitles, but will be good to get the other release.

Hmmm... I'll have to try renting the Castle in the Sky one. I'm very curious.
