Does anyone know if the tables are designated in advance or is it first come first seated?

How early should you arrive?

My understanding of table assignments is that it is done first come first serve based on When you made your reservations.

I believe this to be true and it seem to be proved out, because I made reservations for our Luau the day after the new show opened, and we were sat right in front of the stage. We were by no means the first people to arrive and check in.

I believe it is based on when you made your reservations. We made ours about 5 mos. prior and we were seated 2nd row back from the stage.

I just made my PS today and we have four people, but only two may end up coming. I told the CM this and he said the table location is based on the order PSs come in and if we were going to end up with two, we would have to call and rebook, putting us further down the list.
