Spinoff...What do you call a pacifier?

My son never took one... But when using the term, it was always paci... (passie!)

My parents called it a dummy or dum-dum when we were little.

My sisters called it a no-no or a plug with their kids.

I either call it a binkie or a pacifier, my mom calls it a sue-sue.

The first brand we were given (at the hospital) was Binkie. From then on, a pacifier, no matter what kind has been called a Binkie. (My son only used that style of Binkie and then they discountinued it and we had to buy a supply online to get us through until he no longer needed one). My DD used a different kind and brand.
