SPIN OFF: What MOVIE house would you live in?

Ok, I'll be the weirdo!

I like Bag End, from Lord of the Rings. Cozy but deceptively spacious. And short, round doors suit me.

I really like the future cliff houses in The Time Machine. Cool looking, and amazing view! (I'm ignoring the impracticality of bringing food and such to my ladder access only cliff home.)

And for a more normal approach, Carter's house in A Walk To Remember is perfect. Beautiful home, right on the water!
