Do you have facial or body piercings?

Other than ears, I don't have any. Facial piercings aren't for me, but I have thought about getting my navel done.

Nope I don't have any. DS has "snake bites"-- his bottom lip has a hoop through either side.

I have my tragus pierced as well as my earlobes. I have other non disboard friendly piercings as well.

Nope.. Could never really see the point of "body" piercings.. :confused3 I never even had my ears pierced until I was in my 30's.. Eventually I just stopped wearing earrings though so I'm not even sure if the holes are still open..

It only hurt for a sec while they did it. It was sore for about 6 weeks (only when I slept on my stomach).:)

Ear lobes only for me.
But, I have a friend who did the nipple-piercing thing during a cougar-ish phase of her life:rotfl: She since married and let it grow over.

belly button & tongue, and i used to have my eyebrow pierced. i miss that one so much!! i'd have something else done, but i work in foodservice so that's pretty much a no-no. :headache:

i also have my industrial done in my right ear, that's the bar going across.

and this is my left ear, but with a different earring in the cartilage - these pictures are from years ago, i had them in my photobucket.

no, i don't wear all those studs anymore. too much work, since i would take them all out every night!

belly button hurt least, then eyebrow, then tongue, then industrial...that thing hurt SO bad, and was painful & cruddy for months afterwards. i  it though.

I had my navel done for years but eventually got sick of it and had it removed. I also have 2 holes in my left earlobe and 1 in my right. I had my left ear cartilage pierced at one time as well, but that has long since grown shut.

I have my nose pierced. I don't get a chance to wear it as often anymore now that I've entered the big girl/working world.

But here's what I think everybody really wants to know: Are piercings low-class?

:rotfl:

None. Not even my ears. I'm not a jewelry person to begin with, so earrings never appealed to me.

Had my navel pierced. It never healed. I was in chiro school, in clinic, wearing nice clothes with pantyhose and a clinic jacket...it never got rest from the clothes or bending over patients... When it was done I nearly fainted from the pain, thankfully the piercer poured a sugar packet in my mouth, brought me right back! I had to drive myself home...was living in South Carolina at the time, and piercing was (is still?) illegal there, had to go to Asheville NC for it. That was a LONG drive.

Had it for a few months, couldn't take it anymore. Took it out. I think it healed up inside 5 minutes.

Graduated, moved out to WA, had it done again. Gave it well over a year that time....never ever ever healed. Was always crusty and red and painful and nasty. NOT sexy. Took it out. Healed in about a week.

At some point I found that during the first piercing, they used these forcep things to pull the skin, and those things cut me! Which explains quite a bit of the pain. I have the most interesting scars! Two triangles from that tool, then 4 healed over holes.

The whole thing stretched out horribly while I was pregnant, very unattractive! And it still hurts sometimes, and I can feel sort of a tube of scar tissue in where the ring would have been. Ugh.

I have three normal piercings in my left year, one in my right, those were fine and dandy and healed and didn't hurt. I would NEVER have expected such problems with my belly button!

just my navel.

i've always wanted my nose and my lip pierced tho, but i keep getting jobs where i can't have visible piercings lol

My nose, navel and I used to have my tongue done.

Ears and belly button.

The belly piercing was the most God awful pain I have ever experienced in my life. I tried to get up while he was impailing me with that meat hook and my best friend had to hold my legs down. The receptionist came back because she "had never heard words " the like ones that were spewing out of my mouth. I think I made up a few new cuss words that day. It totally skeeves me out but I'm too afraid to take it out. I had surgery about a year ago and the nurses took it out for me after I was put out, and I didn't want it back in, but when I woke up, there it was, like a bad penny.
