Spiderman ride is Amazing!

are you 21 or over?
legal age?

Haha, it took me a very long time to see it as well, but one day while I was riding (or watching a YouTube video, don't remember) I noticed it.

I believe it's the second scene. The thing that Dr. Octopus levitates is a statue of liberty hand holding the torch (I believe this is what everyone is talking about).

However, I just saw the newly reanimated scene, and there still seems to be a hand, but it's pointed in the opposite direction.

Oh!!!! Now I get it... I was looking at the flame, not the, uh, other thing.

I never noticed either :confused3

I am so looking forward to seeing this new improved ride in July.

I am highly disappointed with the music - it doesn't even seem to go with some scenes (like when J.J. is talking at the beginning). Also, they seem to have made some scenes shorter.

Overall, I feel the upgrade to the visuals were great, but there's something not right about it from what I can see in the video. The music makes a lot of the atmosphere, and I really feel they should have kept the same soundtrack.

Oh well, I guess no one can know for sure unless they ride it, but the video gave me a good glimpse.

We have never been and are attending this year! We are really looking forward to Spiderman! I am excited even though we are a Disney Family!:cool1:

OMG got the torch thing! Too bad that changed would have liked to point that out to the wife!;)

Sounds great! I saw it on You Tube and I'm riding it for real tomorrow night. Quick question: I've been in all 3 rows on Spidey before, and I was wondering between rows 1 and 3, which one should I choose? I always liked riding in the front due to the fact I can see the whole screen.

The music sounds like Dubstep and Techno got mixed together  Hopefully it sounds better in person.

It feels like a new ride, as the animation and music have totally changed the way it presents (which is good or bad depending on who you ask).

The new visuals are incredible! Prior to the update, it was more comic-style. The update brought an ultra-realistic look, which was created using much better technology, but has altered the ride's original feel.

That said, the ride was really in need of an update. I remember when I last rode it noticing how much the ride's graphics have aged.

Overall, I think this ride is amazing. It should be 2x as good actually riding it.

I'm about to leave for Universal! I'll give you guys a trip report tonight and a review of Spiderman HD and Mini-Golf! :thumbsup2 :yay:

I rode it this morning when the wait time was 5 minutes... Before I left the park half hour ago it was 50.

Anyway, couple things... First the ride looks amazing. Now, I don't know if it was always like this but the characters look huge... Larger than life. Especially electro when he zaps the vehicle. I like the Great sound effects they added to make it seem like you're actually in a vehicle and not just floating around (tires screeching). I thought the new glasses obstructed peripheral vision alot, I don't remember that with the old glasses. But they are cool looking.

Also, single rider line has been taken away. At least it was yesterday and so far today.
