Spiderman Breakfast - do we need to book?

We aren't going to Florida until Oct 12, is it worth booking the Spiderman Breakfast before we come or just wait until we get there? I mean will it be so busy at that time of the year, that its likely to get all booked up.
AND
The same question for trying to see Scooby Doo at the Hard Rock Character Dining?

It's not busy that time of year but I think you have to make reservations for the character breakfasts. Here's the link:
