Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with dining reservations last night!

I'm not even sure what just happened, but last night somehow I ended up on the phone with reservations for 85 minutes.... to make a total of 4 reservations and cancel 3 existing ones

We shifted our trip date by 1 day. I needed to rework my ADRs. I only called in to try and find a new breakfast opening for Ohana and cancel the one I had previously.

This CM was incredibly thorough, but it was actually insulting to my intelligence. From the get-go I let her know that I'm a frequent guest (8 trips in the last 4 years) and I knew what I wanted. I get that they have to go through their script re: cancellations, transportation, etc.. but I didn't need an in-depth explanation on how to take the bus from POFQ to get to the MK for breakfast, thanks. I also didn't need suggestions for other restaurants outside of the parks that I was going to for that day. No, the Norway Princess Dinner is not something I would like to book the day I'm at MK, even if it is "so much more magical" than Tony's.

Not that I'm aware of, but it sure would come in handy. I'm sorry that took so long. I called on the 20th, waited about 6 minutes, and made my 4 ADRs in less than 10 minutes.....next time, ask for my CM...there was no fluff, she covered her bases, yes, but I think she could tell that I had my act together on my end too!
