We'll be coming off the Dream on my birthday and it's looking more and more like we won't end up doing the parks that day due to changing circumstances. We'll be spending that night at the Beach Club villas and leaving the next day. We'll spend some time by the pool, but also trying to come up with something fun and special to do that day that doesn't involve the parks. Would love some ideas.

Dinner and fireworks at California Grill?

-Eat and drink along the monorail with Wishes from either Cali Grill or Narcoosee's.
-Dinner in Disney Springs and Cirque de Soleil
-Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
-Hoop Dee Doo Review

Depending upon when you arrive at WDW, and what you enjoy...golf, mini golf, spa, dinner at a resort or DS, etc. I also liked previous suggestions of either a fireworks cruise or Cirque.

Happy birthday!!!

Agree! Spa at Senses, great dinner somewhere on the boardwalk followed by some mini golf, in that order! Have fun!

When my niece worked at Disney, we stopped through for a non-park day. We went to Sanaa for lunch and walked around the Animal Kingdom Lodge grounds and enjoyed watching the animals in the various savannas.

Seconding the Cali grill and fireworks, you can also have a cake made for you! Or have someone in your group do it, they start as low as $35 or so. I had one Mae for my husband and delivered to the Cali grill and it was amazing! There is a cake thread in the restaurant board if you're not familiar with how it works,

A carriage ride at one of the resorts? Staying poolside and relaxing is nice too th Gh you might have done a bit of that on the ship. Jelly rolls at Boardwalk, maybe one of the nicer restaurants at Disney springs and a hot air balloon ride?

Happy birthday :)

If you can get dinner at Narcoossees I would do that. It is a lovely meal and you can time it for Wishes.

I would also suggest a meal along the Boardwalk, if you want to stay near the resort. So many restaurants to choose from and the boardwalk at night is lovely.
