Always been before on my own, just taking enough and a bit more.

Travelling with girlfriend and her two children, just needed a few pointers please.

Staying in a villa, not sure where yet, probably Kissimmee.

Is is better eating out with a family?

I also understand that in Feb, when I am travelling, Presidents day week occurs, apparently lots of sales on.

Loads of advice required.

We stayed in a villa with 9 others and put in $100 per adult (8) and $25 per child (3) for groceries and beer at the villa but we all ate out quite often aswell. There are loads of vouchers readily available for kids eat cheap etc.

It's a difficult one. You can budget for character meals etc. Staying in a villa means you can all drink & you know kids will eat. You can eat out cheaply, especially if you share an entree (don't forget porions are large). One time we went to TGIs & ordered a starter & 2-3 side orders between me & DH & then asked for the check. We were full & it didn't break the bank! Many places do kids eat free, or set price often as low as $3-4. Check the brochires at the airport, reception for vouchers. Also check out destination coupons.com if you fancy Planet Hollywood or Hard Rock, as well as numerous other eateries.

We spent £1500 on eating out, parking, food between 4, two adults two big kids (16 & 14).
