Spencer Steak - Need Ideas

Anybody have any good recipes or ways to prepare spencer steak? I bought some on sale today for the first time and need some ideas.

Spencer steak - skillet steak. That's what is says on the package. They are smaller steaks, about the size of your hand, medium thickness, no bone. Beef.

wait, I think of skillet steak as cube steak. The pressed ground beef you use for chicken fried steak. If it's that kind, I have several yummy recipes.

If it's ribeye, the only thing I know to do with it is grill or broil.
