I just heard from Heidi again! She's on the ME bus on her way to Pop. She said it's 80 degrees & she needs to tell us a story about a jet she saw at 38K feet up!

Words cannot describe how incredibly excited I am right now! Dinner is done and I'm about to tackle my suitcase and pack up all the rest of the small little things. I'm praying I don't forget anything!

Running my last load of laundry to was the jeans I wash wearing today and gobbling down some dinner while DMIL plays with the boys... I just reviewed my instruction manual with DH! He was teasing me the whole way through referring to "appendix a" and the "table of contents" (neither of which exist) but thanked me for my thoroughness & organizational superiority!

I'm going to go put the kids to bed then shower & finish up my packing.

I can't wait to meet all of you Spectrum Moms tomorrow - I'm so excited!!!

And thank you to the readers who have stuck with us. Can't wait to share our adventure with you when we get back.

Oh... I got two more texts from Heidi. The first around 5:00 as she was heading to AK. Guess what section she got at Pop?

50s with a lake view.

Then I just received another from her a few minutes ago telling me that she rode EE 3 times in the dark & it was awesome! She ate at Restaurantosaurus and is heading back to Pop and mentioned "exciting news to share in person".

And woo hoo... I just got Tracy's Out of Office email reply in response to an email I just sent out!! Woo Hoo Tracy you are on vacation!!

Today was a LONG day, but it was nice leaving work and telling everyone, I'm taking NOTHING with me and I'll see you all Monday. They told me have a great trip, but they will miss me this weekend since the documentary starts filming at my work Saturday...

Nothing like putting off purchasing my park tickets, so today I went to the Disneystore to purchase them, and made the girl cry that checked me out. She said she hoped all of us had the most Magical time and that we all deserved it, and she meant it. She was very moved by the fact that we were from all over too.

I too have my jeans in the washing machine as I type, dinner is almost ready, and I'll be getting the kids down and taking my shower and waking up bright and early to head to a FABULOUS place

OK ladies, the time has finally arrived! Can hardly believe it's finally here.

Have crossed nearly everything off my to-do list. Just need to throw a few more odds and ends in the suitcase. Also need to print the at home schedule for DH. Didn't make it for my pedi though so I need to try and slap on some color.

Wonder if I'll get any sleep, have the alarm set for 3:30am.

Can't wait to hear Heidi's exciting news!

Well, folks, we're back from a fabulous long weekend at Disney! Don't know about the rest of the Moms, but I've returned to below-freezing temps (with wind chill), mounds of laundry to do and 144 e-mails to check!! Suuuure wish I was back in Florida!

Thanks to everyone for the warm send-off. Unfortunately, with the exception of Thursday, it wasn't very warm in Orlando. (But 40 degrees sure beats six!)

I'm sending a PM to the Moderator to move this to the TR Board, so please look for us there soon. As with the PTR, this report will be a group effort... Amy has already set up a group photopass account and I can't wait to see all the pictures!

Words cannot express how thrilled I am to have finally met my online DIS-friends. As expected, we hit it off famously and had a thoroughly good time in our mutual Happy Place. It was a real treat to be able to spend face time with such warm and friendly Disney-loving women who have "been there, done that" when it comes to the challenges of parenting a child on the Autism Spectrum.

I'll be back to post more (and I'm sure the other moms will, too) once I'm caught up a bit. Talk soon!
