Where is the best place to watch Spectromagic? How early do we need to find a spot?

We like to sit down on main street in front of the cookie place. I love to sit there and smell the fresh cookies that are being baked. I think we get there up to an hour early or so. Of course it all depends on the season that you are going in. Christmas times and summer you may want to get there a lor earlier and off seasons you may go a little later or so. But generally we get there about an hour early.

We have found that most people try to watch from Main Street. Since it ends in Frontierland, we usually find space to watch at the end of the parade. By doing this we do not need to go as early to find seats and can ride more of the "better" attractions while everyone else is waiting for the parade to begin. It takes a while for the start of the parade to get all the way to Frontierland which really gives more time for rideing BTMRR, and SM.

it depends on what you want to do - for example tiggers insight is great and I will probably try that sometime - if you want to get a vary good shot of the fireworks over the castle after the parade then the first round hub as you go into the park is a good angle on the fireworks over the castle, as well as it is closest to the door to get out of MK once it is all over - then another spot is at the hub in front of cinderellas castle - while the angle on the fireworks is not the "classic" shot of firewirks over the spires like the first hub...from that hub in front of the castle you will be able to look up and see tinkerbell fly over you....weather permitting - ... that is probably the most favored spot however so if you want a seat there you best show up mind bogglingly early... like at least an hour and a half early - personally I like the hub at the entrance to the park because the angle on the fireworks is classic... right out of the old intro to the old disney shows on tv from when I was a kid... on the other hand both hubs are zoos... I will probably take tiggers advice next time I go;)

Tiggerafferty, great advice!!!!!

Yep, lots of time to ride Splash and BTMRR and still get a good viewing post and then turn around and watch FITS

Thanks
