Spectromagic-Busy??

Thnks to Squitty posting Decembers hours ive noticed Magic Kingdom is open till 11PM on the 6th with 2 Spectromagic parades,
Weve never done this before Whats the best way to tackle this does it get really busy? I thought do the day at Epcot then move over to MK at mid-late afternoon,
Its a Saturday so I presume the park will get really busy,
Any thoughts ? Thanks IAN

Yes being a saturday it will be busy, my advise would be to stake out your spot a good hour or so early!, stand(sit), towards the bottom of mainstreet near to the entrance, Spectro starts from the left hand side as you look at the building with the clock on(expostion hall,sorry having a blank at present!)

That way youre in prime postion to exit, before the parade finishes at the other end, thus not being as cramped on the monorail or ferry.

Did the second Spectro last Dec. The Sat was very busy so ended getting some food and drink and sitting some time out. However while the first Spectro is on is a good time to ride. We did most rides with basically no wait and after the fireworks the park should clear out.

... you'll find it easier to get a spot for the second Spectromagic parade as the fireworks will be in between the two parades and lots of people head on out after the fireworks!
