Spectro Question

We have dinner reservations at Tony's Town Square for an evening when Spectro is at 8 pm. I think our ressie is around 5:30 pm. Should we plan to eat and then camp out on Main Street for the parade? I'd like to be near the exit so that we don't have to fight the crowd too badly on our way out with our stroller etc! Does this sound like a good plan? I haven't seen Spectro since I was a kid! (I hate crowds, so I tend to avoid the parade craziness, but I really want to see it this time!). Thanks!

That will work fine (if you can find a "spot" there with the HUNDREDS of others who have the same idea.)

Spectro starts promtply at the top of the hour.
It enters between the Barbershop and the Firehouse.
It circles counter-clockwise around the flagpole green and then proceeds down Main Street.
