I was putting this list together for our upcoming trip. I was planning on attaching it to our itinerary and consulting when we get hungry to see what is nearby with an appealing option. CS/TS indicates counter or table service for the family members on the dinig plan. What did I miss?

I didn't include a list of what is available at resorts, but that might be the next step.

Wow. That's a lot to go through. A couple of those restaurants--El pirata y el perico and Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station--have changed names and menus. El pirata is now Tortuga Tavern and the Noodle Station is just the Tomorrowland Terrace. I'm not sure exactly what's on the Tortuga Tavern menu; I think it's still a limted Mexican menu. Tomorrowland Terrace has dropped a number of the noodle items and now serves more standard TS fare.

There are new counter and table-service Mexican restaurants at Epcot--The Cantina de San Angel and The Hacienda de San Angel. I know the Cantina (CS) has tasty cheese empanadas and chips with guac. We didn't eat at the Hacienda. The old San Angel Inn is still there in the pyramid.

One of my favorite veggie CS options--the Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco at Epcot WS--isn't on your list. They have a Tabouleh wrap and a vegetarian platter. Restaurant Marrakesh, TS in Morocco, also has a veggie entree and some veggie appetizers.

Sunshine Seasons food court in the Land pavillion at Epcot FW has a veggie sandwich, a noodle/tofu bowl and usually a special veggie entree. They also have salads.

I marked a few things for you that are either out of date or not truly vegetarian.

CHH - It was recently noted that the veggie chili has been removed from the menu.

LTT - Lunch offers a veggie potpie now and they also have a salad that can be made vegetarian by leaving off the chicken. (Colony Salad) I've also read it's the potpie that will be served as a vegetarian dinner.

Lotus Blossom - While the dishes are meat free it was last noted that the broth used to make the entrees is chicken, so it's not vegetarian.

I could add a few more to your list but I can't type it all out right at the moment. I did post yesterday on another vegetarian thread with a list of vegetarian options at both CS and TS. Feel free to take a look.

Rose and Crown no longer offers that veggie curry dish, but they have a vegetarian shepard's pie instead.

I think I saw a new veggie sandwich listed at Restaurantasaurus - it was on my list to try in August. Maybe someone can confirm?

Pecos Bills will do the taco salad without the beef for you and sub some grated cheese in the taco shell, a cheese salad instead of the chicken one and the same with the wrap. :cool2:

Yes, and it's good! I also had the Digsite Salad there without the chili, and it was delicious. :thumbsup2

I was at WDW last month with my newly vegetarian niece.
At Sci-fi diner, she had the veggie burger with onion rings which she liked.
At Yak & Yeti, there were a lot of choices. Quite a few of the menu items can be made with tofu. She had the lettuces cups made with tofu instead of chicken. The portion was plenty large enough for an entree and it was better than the chicken version that my sister had.
She was disappointed at Teppan Edo. She had the veggies and didn't like the mushrooms. She really wanted fried rice which they don't have.
50's Prime Time was also a problem - the veggie item on the menu is pasta in a spicy sauce. Well she was afraid of the spicy description. We're from Texas, so it probably would have been fine for her. She had mac and cheese from the children's menu - not great.
For lunch at the Brown Derby, we all had the Cobb Salad. She had a vegetarian version.
We also did the buffets at Crystal Palace, Biergarten & Tuskar House, all of which had lots of choices.
We learned to discuss the vegetarian options with the server, because there were always more choices than on the menu. Then of course you can always pick and choose items on the menu - like the night we went to Artist Point, when she had the cheese plate and mashed potatoes.:)
