Specific Phineas and Ferb design

I am looking for the Phineas and Ferb t-shirt design where Phineas is saying "Ferb, I know what we're going to do today" and then at the bottom it says "go to Disneyworld" (or something to that effect).

I found this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2215386 but it seems all the photos have been deleted from photobucket and I am not sure if that Disigner is still designing or on the board.

Does anyone have this design, know where I can get it, or can make me one?
