When using Dreams Unlimited, has anyone specified a certain cabin?

yes, I gave an option of 3 room numbers on a specific deck that I would like, either x or y or z. The initial booking, I didnt get any of my choices but was assigned the same category and same deck. Two days after paying the deposit I got an email from my Dreams Unlimited Travel Adviser that one of my requests had opened up and would I like to switch. I said yes please switch me and now on the Disney App, my room is one that I had on my wishlist but wasnt sure if I would get.

I didn't know if there was an area online to specify a cabin. That's great to know. Also, how did you find out what day the new dates are released?

I put the room number request in the notes section. Disney release the new routes about 18 months before departures. They release routes and open bookings twice a year. Keep a watch here on DISBOARDS as there is usually an announcement when new routes are announced
