Specialty cruises

Hi there, we're going to Disney for our 3rd trip, but this time we're going with a family that's never been before. Besides all the stuff they haven't done, but we've done 3 times, I'd like to do some new stuff. I read before they have cruises around the castle during fireworks, Epcot, etc.. Any help where I can get this info? Or if you know, could you please share. We're going in Feb./07. Thanks

ETA: it's not cheap...just thought I'd mention sometimes people use the Dis to find others going at the same time who want to split the cost of a cruise. I always thought that was a neat idea.
