special "treats" delivered to the room

I have seen several posts referencing special things that you can order to have delivered to you room while at a WDW resort. For instance I have seen references to disney floral, feralpeg's baskets (spelling?), having tuxedo strawberries delivered etc.

What other sort of "treats"/surprises can be delivered? We are staying at AKL?

If you call your resort that you are staying at room service can always deliver things to your room for you. Usualy this consists of different foods on the rom service menu. But they can do specialty things as well. The AKL is going to be making my husband and I a "wedding cake" for our honeymoon and have it waiting in our room for us when we get back from the parks one night. (DH loves cake, wanted to find a small wedding cake while we were there, I lied and said it couldn't be done so I could surprise him with it. ) You just need to call food and beverage services at your particular resort for special things like that and talk to them about what they can and cannot do for you.

I've also heard of people sending things down ahead of time and having the resort place them in their room for them as surprises for thier children, parents, spouse, etc. You would just need to call your resort I imagine.

I just placed an order from Feralpeg. Here choice of baskets are amazing! I ordered a large basket and she is placing 2 stuffed animals in there for each of my ds's. This particular basket is a Pirates of the Carribean theme. I believe she has an Animal Kingdom theme too. PM her and she will give you a website to go to to look at the pictures of her work.
