Special ticketed event

We just added an additional night to our stay in August. We were going to just take it easy and go to Disney Springs for dinner but I was looking at the park hours for that day and I noticed that there was a "special ticketed event" that Friday evening. How do you buy one of these tickets? Do you call or is there a place on the MDE where I can get 2 of them. I was looking on my phone app and couldn't see where I can purchase them. Thanks!!!

If it's Aug 25 or 29 it's the Halloween party and tickets are not in sale yet. You can buy them on the website when they go on sale.

Not clear from your post but I assume you're talking about MK hours? Probably Mickey's No So Scarry Halloween Party which has a couple of late August dates this year.

Yes, it's MK for August 25th. When I look at the park hours, it says special ticketed event from 7pm to 12:00am. I didn't realize it was the Halloween party. Where do I find that information? I think that would be fun too.

Thank you so much!!! My husband would love that I think. I have never been to that one but I have been to the Christmas party. Do you have to have a regular park ticket to get in? I don't want to use up one of my days just for 5 hours.... I think the Christmas party we just had the hard ticket for that evening but I don't think it took away from our regular passes. I'm sorry for so many questions. It's been years since I've done the Christmas party and I don't remember how it works. Thanks so much for your help....

Yep, that's the first MNSSHP this year. I know it's sort of silly in August, but it's a fun event - one of my favorites.

No you don't need a park ticket (unless you want to go to a park that day). The party ticket (hard ticket) gets you in the MK at 4pm. Party starts at 7pm. You can make FPs with your party ticket from 4-7, if that is of interest.

It works the same for the Halloween party - you only need a party ticket, and you can actually enter the MK at 4pm with just a party ticket.

I was planning to RD MK on 6/11 but I see they have a ticketed event from 7:45am to 9:00am. Does anyone know what this is and should I still RD? I don't want to make a mad dash to RD if it isn't going to be worth it. Thanks!

Don't worry about it. The number of people in EMM is much too small to make a difference for general rope drop folk. You won't even notice there was a ticketed event. Have fun at RD!
