Should I be disappointed that the morning I planned to go to rope drop at MK April 30th now there is that special Ticketed Event? Do you think the park will be packed when we get in? I have all my FPs starting at 11:30 figuring it would be easy to get on many attractions early.

IMO it won't be packed. The only place those people are allowed is Fantasyland, so if you plan on Peter Pan, 7DMT, or Pooh you might run into a bit of a line. If you plan on any other land in the park then it doesn't effect you at all.

It will probably be VERY VERY limited (100-200 people) and you probably won't notice a difference in the morning crowds at all. I wouldn't worry about it.
Basically this event is no different than all the people that get in the park for a BOG or Crystal Palace or Cinderella Castle breakfast.

Thank you so much!

I really can't imagine who is going to spend that much extra money, while also spending money on tickets just to get in the park in the first place. I am sure some will, but it would add up fast for a family.

We will be there the same day with an 8:20 ADR at CP for our one and only Disney day. It's our only day available so I'm planning to go with the flow and hoping for the best. I hope it turns out to be a great day for both of us!

We plan on rope drop, tons of fun all morning, BOG lunch at 1:00, going back to CSR for pool and back to MK at 8:00 until midnight....long day but we can't wait!

Both our MK days that we planned are wouldn't you know it on the event mornings :crazy2: We are sticking with our plans and doing a BOG 8:15am breakfast on one of the days. The other one we are going in the evening.
