Special ticket Events

Is anyone else SICK of the parks closing early for these events?..I can understand maybe a couple of times a week,but it has become a joke now!!..How greedy can Disney be?.It go up each year,this year looks to be no exception!!.More than half the week MK will close at 7pm!!

It's been like this for years. And thankfully they are pretty good about posting those early closes pretty far in advance.

I love party season because it's one of the easiest times of year to find a low crowd day (the days the parks close early).

Well, they only do it at MK and they keep other parks open, so I don't see it as a big deal. The events are very popular and they are just catering to demand. Just choose a different park for that day of use a hopper to spend the evening at another park.

.....Yes your probably right maybe im over thinking,this year im staying at a MK resort & was thinking any evening i could nip across easily to the MK but it looks like only 4 evenings out of 10 i can do this!

There are other times of the year one could travel if this was a huge problem for them. Honestly, I almost always go in the fall and have had no issues with planning around them. It's really not a huge problem. The parties are popular and there is demand. Disney would be stupid to pass it up.

They do have tons of Christmas and Halloween parties. Folks want them though, seeing how they have no problems with selling tickets to them. While they don't sell out they are quite crowded. It can be annoying to find a night to go to MK without for some of the weeks. But on the other hand, if they only had a few you'd have a whole lot of folks complaining they couldn't get a ticket to them so I'm not sure how they can change things much.
