We were having breakfast at CRT last January and I got up from the banqette to stand with my sister to have our picture taken with Cinderella. I didn't realize I was right by the steps where the dining room steps down and I backed in to the steps and sat on them. Cinderella says to me "I did that once and I lost my slipper, all you lost was your balance"! Was she good or what!!!

Once we were in Outside of toon town by the tea cups and Alica ran over tagged my daughter said your it and ran and hid behind rabbit. It was so much fun!

Tiger burped in my ear once. Seems like I saw something on the news, does he work there anymore? :confused3

More of what they did. It was Perla (the Cinderella Mouse). DH who was not into characters at all-- she went over and made him remove his hat. Then she made a big full over kissing his head and acting all in "love". It was really cute. My dh made such a transformation over the characters after that.

Sleeping Beauty asked my DD8 (who was wearing her sleeping beauty dress) "Does your's change colors too?" It was so cute. Cindy's for lunch was sooo worth it.

He never said anything but I was accosted by Pooh. He hit me on the head. He didn't like the Tigger hat I was wearing. It has a picture of Tigger making a gross face over honey! :rotfl2:

On our last trip, Cinderella asked us where we were from and we said TN. She replied "Oh, the Kingdom of Tennessee...and you rode all the way here in your pumpkin carraige?" :) I thought that was cute.

When my family and I opened the Magic Kingdom we where on the train waiting with all the charachters.. I was right across from Mickey Mouse and he was doing silly things and everything. Then he spotted my Pal Mickey and started acting like it was his 'baby' cuddling it and burping it and it was so cute!

We were eating lunch at the Garden Grill and my dh called Chip by the name of Dale. Chip was so mad(in a funny way) and actually called my dh a loser by putting the shape of an L on his forhead. It was too funny!!! :rotfl2:

A few years ago I had my picture taken with Ariel and she asked where I was from and I said Minnesota, she asked it it was a long swim.
2 weeks ago, Mickey had me remove my Mickey hat for a picture, and because it was my birthday, Tigger motioned Happy Birthday to me while the Cast members sang.

We were in the downstairs foyer area in the castle, taking pictures with Cinderella, when she asked my friend where she was from. When my friend said she flew in from Japan, Cinderella replied, "Oh, I must've met you before at my home in Tokyo." (Tokyo Disneyland) Yes, "Is she good or what???" was our EXACT reaction!!!

Was in MK waiting in line with my Niece for Baloo's auto & pic. Since I love Jungle Book, I starting singing "Bare Necessity" and so did couple others. I said Baloo join us, then I said ops, he's not allowed to talk. So he raises his paw and tell me to come over there, which I had to go in front of several children. He grabbed me and gave me the biggest bear hug, handed my camera to someone to take our picture. Being an adult that was the best. My niece was laughing so hard, :rotfl: because I was in trouble with Baloo and know one minded that he took me front of a couple of kids. I'll never forget it!! :flower:

At CRT for dinner, Cindy was great! My DD (7 1/2) was completely taken with her. Cindy asked her to share her pixie dist and rubbed it on her long white gloves so they would match. Then, after dinner, we got out just before 9:00 and the castle is roped off for Wishes. We were the only ones in the tunnel with Cindy-- and after being very kind to both of my DDs, she held my DD's (7 1/2) hand and walked her all the way through the tunnel. Everyone was looking at the castle, waiting for fireworks, so it seemed magical to have everyone in the kingdom watching Cindy and DD holding hands together. It was so very cute to see my DD looking up at her. Magic indeed!!

Also, Minnie can't talk, but she stopped in the 3:00 parade and touched each of our die dye mickey shirts and clapped her hands with joy. She was very affectionate to my children.

Donald Duck at Chef Mickey's was a loser though. We arrived there first, even before checking in to our room, and he lunged at my DD4 and went back to talking to the other CM. They got a kick out of it but I was REALLY mad. It was her first trip and she is already painfully shy.

Cindy was the best-- that was day 2 out of 11. We could have left happy after that day!!

While waiting for dinner in the Castle, I had a Cedar Point sweatshirt on. Cinderella looked at the logo and said "Oh my! Cedar Point! How my prince and I love to take carrage rides there in the summer"!

I knew Cinderella was a midwest girl then!

Met an angry Belle in Epcot's France once, she was ticked off because some guy had just called her Snow White. She greeted my party (all adults) with "I am NOT Snow White!" (accompanied by glares at the offender, who was still there).

Three things happened to us while we were at Disney for our first visit in September.

We had just gotten married and we were wearing our wedding ears.

First, during the Share a Dream parade, as Cindy came by in her "globe", she noticed our ears and mouthed "Congratulations" to both my DH and me! It was so cool...

Then, we went to the Toon Town Fair tent, Goofy noticed our ears and pretended to marry us while we had our picture taken! He had to "borrow" another guests autograph book to do it since we didn't have a "Bible"! LOL! That is a great pic!

And lastly, on our last day at Epcot, we caught the character bus just as it was leaving. We followed it for a ways with Mickey and Minnie riding on the back. Mickey noticed our ears and gave us a thumbs up...then proceeded to point at Minnie and shake his head as if to say "She'll never get a ring from me!" We laughed so hard but told him he was "bad" (poor Minnie was clueless) and he just kept putting his finger over his lips as if to say "SHhhh, don't tell her!" :rotfl: I think that was the funniest part of all!!

We were so surprised at how much interaction we (as adults) had with the characters. I will not "interfere" too much with them because the kids are so excited to see them (and they should have as much time as they need with them) but it was really cool to have some very special memories of the characters!!

At CRT, Belle asked my dd4 (who was also dressed as Belle) if my Dad was my dd's "Beast". It was really funny. I laughed pretty hard. :)

We had some great character interaction on our trip. First Ariel was just doing small talk with my DD. Then Ariel got really excited and just had to show her something. Ariel turned to her treasure chest and pulled out her dinglehopper and started brushing her hair. THen she procedded to tell her that scuttle told her what it was. My DD kept saying it was a fork and you eat with it. It was a really cute moment.

Then at MGM Stars and Motor cars parade Cruella stopped and talked with my DS. He had on a Stitch t-shirt. She was just saying things like she doesn't like Stitch because she doesn't like his color and texture of his hair. She would not be able to make anything fashionable out of him. I thought that was great.

THose were the best 2 from our trip. All the characters were great though.

Isn't the "Magic" wonderful!! :cloud9:

During our first trip (my DS was 6) we visited CRT. It was not a character meal, but just as we entered the downstairs waiting area, (we were the only family there) suddenly Cindy appeared! My son and I were thrilled! Of course he didn't want anyone to know how excited he was! Cindy has always been my favorite character, (big suprise) but she was also my son's first favorite. (He had quite the crush on her at 2 1/2! I bet he watched Cinderella about 50 times... he'd wake up saying Rella momma Rella!) When I told her this she gave him a very sweet hug and said "Would you like to sit with me on my royal throne?" I've never seen him blush so comletely before or since!! And he did sit with her for several minutes!Very special! princess:

The other happened during Spectromagic. DS had a brand new pirate sword... from our very first visit to PoC. Toward the end of the parade Captain Hook is on a float... my DS stands up and raises his sword as if to start a duel. God bless Captain Hook who saw him, made eye contact and lifted his sword to fight! The two of them had an actual 'battle' for almost a full minute before the Captain was out of site. What a very happy boy he was! pirate:

We were at Disney for my DD 7th birthday. Mulan saw her birthday button and said "Happy Birthday, and how long have you been breathing?" My DD just turned and looked at me puzzled because she didn't know what she meant. Then Mulan told her to bring honor to her family by having a great birthday. It was really sweet.

Also, Turk at Animal Kingdom signed her book, and then pretended like she was running away with her pen, so DD chased her around and Turk held it over her head and made my DD jump for it. It was very funny!
