Special things for birthdays

Other than the sticker from town hall, are there any other events or treats that can be purchased to celebrate a birthday? I can't quite remember. Is there a character meal where a cake can be ordered?

There's the Happiest Birthday party at the Plaza Inn. Also, you can get birthday buckets at any of the sit-down restaurants in the parks or DLR hotels (at least I know you can at the character meals).
