the site asks for your number on your pass and i don't have one? It says lower right hand corner but all i find on mine is a two digit number....it says it's invalid.
anybody else have any luck?
i'm thinking they might have pass holder room rates that you can book on there and maybe a full listing of discounts

I just dug out my ap passes to try this out:p

Along the bottom of our passes is a code, it starts with 3 letters, 3 numbers, the date we activated them (these first 3 items are the same on all of our passes), and then a 3 digit number which is different on all of them.
You need to enter the whole thing along the bottom :)

HTH:wave:

Yes, weluvpluto is correct.
But do not enter any hyphons, slashes or spaces. Just the 3 letters then 3 numbers, then the date (example 120903) and the last 3 numbers.::yes::
it worked.
::yes::

It lists the description of what an AP is and gives the regular benefits such as restaurants that have discounts, the stores that give discounts, and other discounts like miniture golf is 50% off to AP holders.
It then lists "special offers".....right now it lists the AP discount for AKL untill 2/11/04. And other "limited time" offers....like the passholder pins. It is showing offers for Vero Beach and Hilton Head too.
It also gives renewal information.
Also lists passholder special events.

Lets hope they have seen the light for us AP holders and will continue with more reliable and consistant information on discounts and events. We would love to see the resort discounts be more consistant. And bring back the AP lounges, etc.::yes::

Our AP's do not have 3 numbers after the date only 1 and when I've entered all letters and numbers it does not work. Any thoughts on what to do?

TIA

Did you maybe try putting zero's in front of the one number?
When did you activate your AP?
Ours was activated in Oct 03, not sure if they changed the sequence?

Momof2OH, I'm having the same problem and my AP ends in a single digit. Tried 00 before and after and no luck. Mine was renewed for Oct. but I din't activate it until Nov..

It's just an AP though not a PAP. Could this be the difference? Hope they fix this!

I fianlly got it to work after entering it a few times. I just put all 3 letters, all 3 numbers, the date, and the last number. It did work, so keep trying it!

Got it to work now, too although with slashes between the dates.

Did anyone notice any other resorts besides AKL being offered at AP rates?

Thanks to the OP for posting about this new Disney website for AP holders. I checked it out. Good info.

Help!!!! Suggestions!!!!

I'm purchasing my AP when I arrive in WDW on 31 December. How do I find out about the special offers available to AP holders if I can't get on-line? Would like to take advantage of any specials and discounts while I'm there.

i purchased my vouchers but i cant trade them in until we get there in april, tell me about vero beach please, i posted awhile back if you get a discount with ap and no one responded, please help now, if you want pm me. thanks:wave2:

Hi! I will be purchasing my first AP...but I was waiting to buy until we get there at the airport so the AP would be activiating. What's on that site? HELP!

My problem has been, once I enter my AP # and zip code, it won't let me choose a pass type. And if I submit without it, it goes back and asks for pass type, then I try to click on Annual Pass and it doesn't do anything.

I got mine to work... but I had to put in all the slashes and the colon. I'm so glad Disney is finally giving annual passholders some attention! ;)

Oh, does anyone know what the holiday thing is at MGM? It's listed under tours and special events.

Someone Help Please,We will be getting our AP activated on our trip in May, but would Love to know what is on the site.

up the same creek as you with the vouchers but do know Vero has ap rates for studio of $120 till some time in feb...the first week I think... and you can get the *real* ap from the voucher at vero ( after hair pulling out phone calls to find out) if you are not going to WDW first.
