What are the special seating arrangements for fireworks (especially MK) and parades. Could someone in a transport chair be seated there.

In the MK, there are 3 wheelchair locations. They are in Liberty Square, in the Castle Hub, and on Main Street. There is no special location for the fireworks.

Yes I believe there are.

There are wheelchair spots for Illuminations. They are marked on the park maps.

There are 4 locations for guests with disabilities to view IllumiNtions.
One is near the Friendship Dock near Germany in the World Showcase
Another is near Canada [just before United Kingdom] just inside World Showcase from Future World.
The last two are in Future World [one along side each Friendship Dock]
