We are leaving for Disney Cruise this weekend, and will arrive at WL after the cruise. We booked 2 rooms at WL.
For some reasons, we were assigned accessible rooms (both rooms) as advised by one of the CM. We then paid upgrade to Wood View rooms, to guarantee that we will have 2-Queen-Bed in each room.
Anyway, I've read that WL no longer accept fax requests; and I may not be able to call the resort from the cruise (most people suggested 4-5 days before arrival would be a good time to call). Wondering if I should do web check-in, sounds convenient, but may limit our chances to get our requests.
My requests were quite simple though.
1). Connecting rooms
2). Higher floor preferred, Away from WCC
3). Deep Clean required due to children allergies
