Special Requests

Ok. I am very confused. It used to be you could fax your requests to the resort a week or two before your trip with any special requests (i.e. smoking/non smoking, corner room, etc)

Now I believe you cant do that anymore.

Can someone please tell me how I make my requests, we are going in 19 days, and I do have a couple of special requests I would like to ask for. I know we are not guaranteed to get them, but we have been pretty lucky in the past.

Please any phone numbers, websites etc. would be really helpfull.

We've always just had the CM note our requests when we make our res. with CRO. and always gotten what we needed.

I never faxed my requests - always called in. Try calling Member Services - it will be faster and more personal.

Have your requests added to your reservation. Then there is no need to fax.

MS is only for DVC members. I think the OP needs to call CRO.

That's all I do, and have gotten what I wanted.

Calling CRO and having your ressie noted is what you should do. People have/do fax the resorts but due to the amount of persons visiting and the necessity of the hotel staff to be efficient, faxing is not the way to go. Save a tree, call CRO.
