My DW and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding aniversary when we stay at the Polly Dec 06. Any suggestions as to a special dinner I can surprise her with.
California Grill...request a window seat with a view and be sure you tell them of your special occasion. Be there to see Wishes...it will likely be around 8 if it's not a Christmas Party night or at 9 if it is...and go out on the balcony for the show. The food is wonderful, the wine list is excellent and the service is great. They also will let you linger for as long as you care to...there is no rushing you out the door here.
That would be my choice. Whatever you decide, have a happy anniversary! December is a great time to be in Disney.
I would second the California Grill as it is wonderful. If youdon't want to be in the busy main dining room atmosphere, see if the side dining room is available. It has the same wonderful floor to ceiling windows but with a lot less of the noise. The service is excellant, the waiters never let your glass get low, yet not annoying with all the times checking on you. Ask the server for a wine suggestion and enjoy!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary a few years ago at Palio's at the Swan. It was a wonderful experience! Food was great, and strolling musicians visited our table and seranaded us with 5 different songs, including the Anniversary Waltz! From there, you can walk out to one of the bridges to view Illuminations from Epcot, too! And the Boardwalk is very beautiful and romantic to stroll along at night. Hope you have a magical time on your 25th anniversary!
We did the Chef's Table at Victoria and Albert's one year. Best meal I have ever had at WDW. You can book it pretty far out, too- just don't know how far out. It is expensive, but so is everything else at WDW. Was worth every penny
I have to second Palio's if you like Italian Food. The seafood is very good at Flying Fish. We also love to walk outside and watch the fireworks especially from the bridge on the boardwalk. Make it even more special by taking an Illuminations cruise!
I suggest Victoria and Albert's. You only celebrate 25 years one and it is worth the $$! We had a wonderful time and felt very special. Eat cheap a few other meals if money is an issue, this is worth it.

I second this!! I surprised my DH with reservations for our 10th Anniversary in November. It was worth every penny!! (With tax, tip and the wine pairing it was about $550 for 2 people.) You can book it at 180 days. There is only one seating a night, so it can be difficult to get.
