Special Disney restaurant advice please

We (myself, DH, son 10, son 8, and daughter 4) are going to Disney 11/23-12/1 and my parents are joining us just 2 days of that. Id love to have some special dining experiences with them. On Tuesday night we are going to CG at 7:45, I hope to be able to see the 9:30 fireworks from there. But on Monday we have no dinner reservations yet, we are doing Epcot that day (no park hopper) And have lunch ADR's at Coral Reef. I figured we could eat dinner somewhere at Epcot or walk to the Boardwalk and eat there. Any suggestions?
And if the suggestions you make are booked already, what is your experience with getting the ADR you want later?

Biergarten and Teppan Edo come to mind in the World Showcase as there is a little bit of show with your dinner. Yachtsman comes to mine at the Yacht Club.

I do like Via Napoli as well, but not sure how every one feels about pizza.

do the boardwalk and go to Cape May Cafe! That would be a fun experience!

Biergarten. The entertainment is fun, your 4 year old will love getting onto the dance floor with the other young children and the food is good.
