Special Design Needed

Hello! I am a teacher and have many students from Haiti that I work with. We have been trying to come up with a way to raise money to help out. The students have decided to do Valentine Grams (we are calling it Hearts for Haiti). We are not allowed to do candy at our school so we are going to attach a small bag of pretzels to the Valentine gram. I was wondering if one of the creative people on this board can help come up with a design. It will need a to and from line and a message line. I am not sure if a bag topper or a heart shape that can attach to it is what we are looking for. I am open to any ideas.

Here is my attempt for a great cause! This could be stapled on top of the bag like a bag topper or just used as a gift tag. If I can change something...just let me know. I made this pretty large so that you can play with the size to fit your needs and ink output.
