special cookies for DH

I just made some cookies for DH who has to change his diet due to type 2.
I was actually quite impressed with the cookies myself!! Plus that fact that I got to try out my new mixer!!

I just used the regular recipe on the back of the choc. chip bad however I used the splenda sugar and brown sugar instead of the real stuff!!

i have been happy with Splenda baking too -- usually my family doesn't even notice

I agree it is pricy. Try Target or Wal-Mart. It's over a dollar cheaper.

Good idea, and I also got some $1 coupons right with the first package I bought for various Splenda products.
