for all the stateroom assignments. It does feel more real when you have a cabin number.

I had some excitement at the doctor's office yesterday. I went in for a simple referral to a specialist and almost ended up in the ER. I fainted in the waiting room after a blood test and awoke to a team of doctors performing tests and talk of cardiac problems. I could hear everything that they were saying, but I could not speak. After an hour observation, I was sent home to rest. I can't imagine what is going to happen during my biopsy next month.

I have a fish extender gift dilemma. I am planning to send the dry erase boards to the ship ahead of time. Because they weigh more than 20 pounds, I will need to ship them in two boxes. There is a limit of one box per stateroom. I hope that someone here will let me ship a box in their name. I promise it will only include the boards and nothing else. Can someone help me?

Last night I was surfing the web and something brought me over to ticketmaster?

where I punched in Celine Dion, 3 tickets to her first stop of her tour here in Boston came up just 14 rows from the stage...

So I bought them, why cause my Mother wanted to go to the show she has never been to see Celine and has been pestering me to get tixs..
since the came out about a year ago!
She is very excited!


Call went like this

When Am i going to see you 2 - I still have Jenn's Bday present.
I don't know, why don't you get out your calendar!
Ok so the weekend of the first is out, I have to work, weekend of the 8 th is out, we have neighbor hood block party, with the bounce house and everything!
Ok how about August 12,2008..... you could fix us something good, Panic sets in!

YES!!!!
I will buy dinner she says! Any where you want!
Just tell me, is it going to happen --- it has to be you said it would!

Then she made a quick call to her Supervisor, who asked her to work that day and she said she could not because her son was taking her to Celine, so she thought!

she said her son takes care of that!

Super was very happy to get call, letting her know that tickets just 14 rows from the stage where for sale!

Had to go check again to see if we were lucky and got assigned our room and we did! We are room 2639. Now off to see how far into the bowels of the ship that is exactly....(I was spoiled with a veranda room last time)

I had to check the roster, looks like you have a 2 year old little girl? I have a 4 year old - I'm sure she'd love to play with your dd but I guess yours is too young for the Club just yet. Maybe they can hang in the Mickey pool.

I just bought 75 more FE to put together this weekend.

We will be busy attending the viewing and funeral for David's mom. She passed away suddenly last weekend. He had just gotten back from a week's stay visiting her in the nursing home in NC, then he got the call at 5:00 am, and called us right away. I felt so badly. He now feels all alone. His sisters live in NC and NY, but visits to see the mom in NC brought everyone together. Joe will be a pall bearer. I worry for him having lost his dad a few months back. Life does go on. I know David will so appreciate going on the cruise in September with everyone!

Anyway, just wanted to send some belated Birthday wishes and hope you had some wonderful

It won't be long now and we will celebrate our birthdays - very belated seeing as they didn't sing me happy birthday on my actual birthday!

Anyway, hope you and the missus are doing fine and I'll have to dish about my week in heck on this cruise. You may have heard some of it but did I mention the lady that broke her tooth down to the root during lunch on embarkation day? You all know about the engines stopping, about missed entertainment but have you heard about the demon kids from heck?

Yes, not a fantastic cruise by far but there have been highlights worth remembering - and for the record, even my head server, Javem or Javeem said this cruise has been the worst of all the cruises. Just problems left and right. OK Ken - hope you have a fantastic time and talk to you later.

I have got to get away from this mooing cow. I am in the promenade lounge and the first terminal and something keeps mooing (I know its some engine part) but I swear its a cow!

OMG.. I just hope the ship doesn't fall apart before our cruise!!! Of course I wouldn't mind being stranded out at sea for a few days once we're on there though..... As long as there's plenty of rum on board!

Yes even though in her mind she is about 3 1/2 she is too young for the club. She loves playing with older kids though. And there is always CC!!!

I remember 10 years ago on the Maiden Voyage... everything went wrong then too. It seemed every time we turned around it was something. We laugh about it now.

Maybe this is happening in honor of the 10th anniversary!!!
