Wow! Looks like the dark chocolate is "winning" and it's a good thing I didn't give you all a third choice or the chocolate addition to my FE gift would be a whole lot more complicated!

Speaking of fish extenders, I tried to use the sewing machine I got for my birthday in January to start making my FE but I believe I have major "operator error" since after 5 frustrating hours I couldn't get the threads to "stick". Sigh. So I'm off to the mum-in-law's house in VA with the machine in tow for some serious sewing instruction. Hmmm. Maybe if I take all the FE parts she'll take pity on me and "offer" to sew if for me?! Wish me luck

Hey Scott H----I know all about the wonderful flavors of chocolate---thanks to the "limited edition" Hershey's Kisses---did you know that they even made a Neapolitan Kiss?!?! Yummy! I'm the official provider of chocolate here in my cubicle at the National Archives---it encourages my office-mates to come and "talk" to me I recently purchased some dark chocolate with chile pepper flavor but I haven't tried it yet (NOT a Hershey's product). I have a question for all of you rum-lovers----I purchased a bottle of coconut flavored rum last year and haven't opened it yet----thought I'd bring it along to share on the cruise (didn't I read somewhere about a "steerage bar"?) anyway, does coconut rum taste good and does rum have a "shelf life"? Thanks

Bob and I had applewood smoked bacon flavorerd chocolate the other day.
It was better than it sounds. We also had some chile pepper flavor..the one I had wasn't as good as the bacon one.

Coconut rum is excellent, especially mixed in even parts with Midori, Vodka and Banana liqour with a tiny tiny splash of pineapple juice!

OK got RM on the Dish Sirius Radios channel 6130, and getting ready for the JB concert,. Should start at 6:00 here in the Mt time Zone.

Got out of work after 10 hours and when I got home did a three mile run, then a short bike ride to the mail box.

The weather was really nice today 78 degrees and sunny.

Will be making Salmon cakes for dinner tonight , will put a SW twist on them with cilantro, coriander, and cumin. Served with a peach Mango salsa.

Might do some oven baked potato chips, we will see.

Tracy and all other in the midwesy hope the storms subside for ya.

Wow..the cruise is getting closer for everyone!! Last night we changed our vacation plans for the 100th time. So much we want to do / so little vacation !! We cancelled the cruise.We realized we havent been to Disney in a while - and we missed it! So we are booked at the POFQ from Aug 30 (arrive late late) till Sept 5 with free dining.Then hit the beach at St Petes for a few days .We would love to see everyone again if you guys meet before the cruise at the Park. Have a Grand Bon Voyage all...sharon jm

Nope they are taking family to WDW staying at AKL. That is what I understand.

Wow...a job at the National Archives sounds KEWL....

ahhhhhh.....the steerage bar.....have fond memories of it from the 11 night....I sure hope rum doesn't have a shelf life.....I have a bottle of 151 proof that I haven't opened yet that is about a year old....

P.S. Is anyone bringing their Bubba Mug onboard to save trips to the drink station??????

So this is my first cruise using the FE and I have NO idea what to put in. Do I put in everyones FE on the list? everyday do I leave something? something for each person in the cabin? I'm sorry if this was addressed already but as you see this thread is kinda long and I really can sit and go back through all 150 pages. Please help. Everyone has been so nice and I don't want to be the person talked about as "can you believe we got ....." Thanks for any help you can provide.

Yes to the Hershey products they are pretty darn good. Tracy brought some Choc Cheese one year, different and good. Only those Wisc people would come up with something like that.

I think your bottle of Rum is bad, Caution do not drink it, you need to wrap it very very carefully and send it to me for proper disposal,

It should be fine check the bacardi site or Malabu site for recipies. It can be mixed with a fruit flavored sugar or sugar free tropical punch, like Crystal Lite,
