It's just beautiful here in NJ today! Our lilacs began blooming a few days back and the air is rich with their sweet fragrance

It's so beautiful... I'm taking the afternoon off! YIPPEE!

Just booked our flights in September! Now we've got to pay off the cruise to get ready to book excursions.
.....

Georgie, ours have not quite bloomed yet. Maybe tomorrow. Dogwood too.

We paid out cruise off last month. Switched to points. Got a break since we booked onboard the Repo cruise.
Just have to book DCL transfers from and to the airport. Also a rental car for the two days at Disney.

All,

Some sad news. We had to cut our get away weekend short... we are already back home after driving through torrential blinding rain for 1 hour on I-81.

Joe's father passed away suddenly this afternoon. The call came suddenly unexpected. I just dropped Joe off at his parent's house to see his mom. His sister fainted at the hospital and is now checked in staying in overnight for heart testing. Then I rushed home to see if my mom made it home from the hospital... thankfully, she had just pulled in the driveway ahead of me. She checked my dad in this afternoon due to numbness on his left side. He was finally given a room at 9:30 PM, and is resting fine right now.

Now, I'm going back over to Joe's folk's home. Thanks for your prayers for all of us.
