Special 9/1/08 Cruise Continued

One more day here at teh Salt Mines. Kewl part is with all the OT I won't have to take any comp time for this week. YEAH!!!

Putting a few things together and hope to be outta here at 2:00 or 1:00.

Bob, I am kicking myself for not putting my Sirrius radio in my work car, I coulda listened in on the drive home.

I got boats to build. Might even get some of the trim up tonight, Film at 11:00.

This will be an open house with wine and cheese and other snacks. Since there will be many from this cruise, the Repo cruise and some of my pin friends there at the same time it is a great time to get together!

We are in Room 6232. Building 62, off Miller Rd first building on the left. If you are taking the bus, it is the best to get off at the Hospitality House. The building is just across the street. We are on the third floor, but the elevator is right outside the door.

Can't wait to see everyone!

Got home early and did get some of the trim up, Lynn got the trees watered, house stuff doen adn some final packing done.

Compter and other stuff ready to go. Not sure when we will will leave for Denver tomorrow as we are suposed to get some snow tonight.

I am being really good and am leaving work phone at home and turned off the work email on my blackberry.

Oh I checked our reservation and the waitlist came through and we will not have to move from OKW, YEAH!!!!

Up early and have two hours till I can print te
he boarding passes. Cold and rain this morning, atleast no snow yet. Pups are fed and they are looking forward to their trip to "puppy camp" that is what we call teh kennel. They like to go and they also like to coem home. They are so silly.

Lights are on timers, paper and mail all set, neighbors all aware of our trip.

Everyone! Thanks for your support. It has meant so much.

We will be making the trip to WDW... leaving home this afternoon at 2:00. Into Orlando 7:30. We are oh so tired and exhausted from every angle. Things went well yesterday for all of the services for Joe's dad, and my father was released from the hospital in time to come to the gravesite. He did have a mini stroke, and is still weak... but he is home! Both mothers said to go and they would be fine.

We will hope to see everyone during our stay. We will definitely be crashing for a good part of the time.

Saturday we'll be walking for Pop. I'm hoping to have a shirt transfer made up so we can wear T's for Mouse Beach, GEJO and Pop!

Peter and Jenn, glad you are able to make your trip as well.

Hey Folks, sorry I have been MIA for a while. But, it looks like DW and I will not be making this trip. We have made the decision to do a 2 week trip to Russia with our church at the end of September, and the funds and vacation time just do not allow both to occur.

I am sad that I won't get to meet all of you, but am quite excited at the prospect of the alternative trip.

Okay...off to Niagara Falls to see Engelbert Humperdink tonight....Mom is excited!!!!! Decided not to stay overnight at the Falls....spending the $$$$ on stuff around the house instead.....like paint, carpet, furniture, etc.....I will post pictures once everything is done!!!!!!

I have been MIA from this thread for a while, you know, life gets in the way! But we are getting excited that summer is almost here, which means it won't be long until we are on the ship!

We are leaving in 22 days for our 5 night stay on Grand Cayman, and I cannot wait! Our vacations on Grand Cayman have been our second favorite vacations of all. Of course, the Disney cruises are the number one favorite!

Actually only 4 months to actually get through...all of May, June, July, and August...and then we depart on September 1. So we are actually a month closer than you thought
