We finally got a small dusting of SNOW!!!

I ran outside at 10:00 to see if the cloud cover had broken, and it had!!! Called Joe, and we both got to see the reddish moon!

Great eclipse pics, was cloudy here, I always get scared when a dragon eats the moon we did get to see a partial at the end through a light cloud layer.

Just out of interest I thought I'd show you the three castles I grew up near......

The first one is Castell Coch (Welsh for "Red Castle")

This one is Caerphilly Castle - this castle was one of the largest Medieval castles in Europe - I used to work about 150 yeards away from here some years ago and I could see it from office window.

The last one is Cardiff Castle - Cardiff is the capital city of Wales. The keep of this castle is over a 1000 years old.
