Cold and snowing here, we actually have snow on the ground - unusual for here, it usually all blows away - but the wind has been mild since the snow started. About 6 degrees here now - and the sun is not up yet, it may get even colder.

THANKS for the help everypne!!! Joe started looking for a pc... right now, he's researching a Dell. We'll see. As long as we get one BEFORE the old one hits the dust!

Gee and here I thought all you needed to decide what what colour would look the best sitting on your desk!!!! Personally I like my Flamingo Pink Dell....it looks so "purdy" sitting on my desk oh and it's fun to use!!!!!

When I considered Dell, I looked at the Spring Green color option. It looked Lime, but not really.
Finally went with the HP from Best Buy. It is white and grey.
Boring. Maybe I should put a Skin on it like

Lisa and her new friend Juliette, are big fans of Josh what's-his-name.
They sang one of his songs while listening to a mp3 player.

I guess he is somebody now.
Actually, I read somewhere that he is a big fan of the show.

You are right...I'm not a Simpsons fan but Josh what's-his-name is a HUGE fan....I bet he's tickled pink that he was in their show.

Lately, I've been getting into the CSI-NY and CSI-Miami shows....Mom thinks I chose the wrong profession since I seem so facinated with death!!!

It is cold here today - 1 degree right now, and it is not light yet, so it might get colder, we got about 6 inches of snow over the weekend, and it looks like it will be on the ground for another day - the wind is not supposed to kick up until tomorrow - then all the snow will be gone - to Nebraska!

Georgie - hope you are feeling better! and good luck on the computer hunting.

All!

Another cold day here in NJ with SNOW on the way! I'm so excited! The only problem is they also expect freezing rain which does not make driving fun!

Mom and Dad called me from the hospital this morning and Dad sounded happy. I will go in for the afternoon stay. A BIG thanks to all for your prayers. I think he turned the corner last night and is headed for recovery from his viral infection. Now he can get back into therapy and concentrate on getting those new knees broken in!

I'm on medicine for my sinus infection and looking forward to breathing normally soon.

Joe is continuing his search... while dealing with our old pc!

Thank-You Everyone for the Birthday Wishes!!! Yes, it will be an identical double digit year. After an afternoon stay with Dad at the hospital, I was told to go home by my Mother who then told Joe he was to take me out to dinner

Since the weather was okay, I left her there to drive home in the dark. It was nice to get away for a bit.

This morning greeted us with freezing rain on top of 4 inches of snow. It looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL But, shoveling wet icy snow was a bit tough I convinced Mom to stay put until lunchtime, when I would come up to take her to see Dad. It's been quite a journey, but both Joe and I are learning to celebrate life in all seasons of age.

We're looking forward to our February trip to Mouse Beach!

Leslie crank up the temps down there for our arrival!
