Well, I measure just under 8" of snow on the deck.
Finally got to use the snowblower.
We are behind on the snow according to the weatherman.

Sorry to hear about all the ice and snow out your way Georgie & Janis.
Just remember, spring is just around the corner.

We got 10 more inches of the yucky white stuff today!!! Decided to wait for it to stop snowing to clear the driveway.....spent 2 hours with the snowblower clearing the driveway and now the winds have picked up so I'm sure when I get up tomorrow morning our driveway will be filled back in....

I also cleared off the wind blown snow from the walks yesterday - but it has not blown in again yet, snow now has a hard wind blown surface, so we should be OK with the blowing for a bit. Luckily, the wind clears the snow out of our driveway, it does not add snow to the drive. It will get windy again today!

I just read on the main cruise thread that after 10 years with DCL, head server John Cunningham from Scotland has left DCL.

There is a thread on the main forum for people to send messages to John - He apparently has been notified of the thread.

The Table 23 gang will remember John from the 5 night cruise and I'm sure others have had him as well. I know John created some very memorable moments for me especially during the 5 night cruise when he appeared with my deep fried cambenbert fritters that were no longer on the menu. John made me feel so special that night when I found put he had the chef make them especially for me.

Thanks for the memories John.

Wow! Sounds like the SNOW has made it's rounds!

Ours turned to rain and then froze. UGH! The lawn is like a skating rink. M+D's little terror dog has met his match on the ice. He loves to chase a frisbee, but traction on ice is very difficult!

I packed up a lot of stuff to return to QVC today, so... now Joe should have the $$$ needed for his new pc!

Last night he said he was ready to pick it up and throw it out the window!

When we got back home last night, we noticed the inside tempearture felt familiarly like the outside temperature! One of our 2 heaters had shut down. Thankfully, our heater guy came right over and got it working again!!!

i know it has taken me forever to ask buuuut anyone have photos and vids to share from 9/1 to 9/5 magic cruise?? I am "homesick" for disney and hubby says "no trips" for the forseeable future. I need to travel back thru others lenses...............

Cool (5°) clear morning here in the great white north.
I just got in from the hot tub. Refreshing. "Sweetened" coffee helps.
It is kinda kewl watching the planes fly over.
Envying those heading south and wondering what the heck about those heading north.

I would love to go, but if I did, it would be a trip by myself.

Here it has been a good week for me.
Got to try out the snowblower.
Paid off the computer, you gotta love those 12 months same as cash.
And, I got confirmation of an extra vacation day this year because of my perfect attendance at work last year.
