Yes, call the main # of the Radisson 321-784-0000 and asked to be put on the shuttle list. They run about every 1/2 hour from 10am until around 2pm, at least that's what I was told when I called this evening.

There will be a hotel rep in the lobby Monday morning with a clipboard that has everyone's name on it that made a ressie for the shuttle.

Thanks, I gave them a call and took care of it. I opted for 11am...I figure this time we aren't going to kill ourselves to board since the rooms aren't ready right away anyway and it's so hard lugging our carry ons around. I saw the photos of that pool at the hotel too...I think dd is going to want to take a morning swim before we go anyway!
DD likes seeing the characters at the port, but last time we were there bright and early and none came out until about 11 anyway. Only the 2nd character was out (mickey) when we got called to board, but there was no way she would leave that line until she got her visit with him.

I also can't view the deck plans for the FE gifts/ When I printed it out I got a pic 2 inches by 2 inches! Do I need to log in? I assumed the jpeg would just display. Another HELP!

A friend of ours had trouble watching Hazel's video earlier as well, then a little while later she was able to watch it. Give it another try and see what happens.

Georgie. There seems to be a bug with the updated version of flash and the way it works with windows vista. It seems to get lost. Essentially what I was told by FLASH was you have to uninstall it and re-install it. I have to do that every time I re-boot.
Not sure what the problem is with the deckplans. Check your e-mail. I'll send it to ya in a short.

If anyone wants to go to dinner, we'll probably go to either the pita palace (gyros/souvlaki) or FishLips (real dinner) - we'd love to have company.

Either would be fine with us. Last time we drove to Publix and got sandwiches and ate them in the room. Anything would be an improvement.

We love Greek food. Our favorite diner around here is owned by a Greek family and it's hard to find anything other than Greek items on the menu.

FishLips is a great name for a restaurant!

Dinner doesn't have to be early. We could easily wait until later and potentially have some of the late arrivals join in. If we had a larger group would either place require a reservation (holiday weekend) or is it fairly quick seating?

Come on Radisson people, come and join us. I've got the first round!

DH has one of those Sirius portable radio things. He said that he'd bring it to listen to the concert(s) if anyone out there is willing to hang out on deck with him drinking beer and listening to JB.

I'm not so sure the radio can pick up the 9/4 broadcast but it will easily get the one on 9/1.

Anyone interested in Boat Drinks while there are Stars on the Water?

MS Excel FE Exchange / Cabin List

What a great day I had today. The doctor called with the results - just basal cell carcinoma. I start treatment when I return from the cruise. I think all of your prayers and good wishes really helped.

DH convinced DD's volleyball coach that a few missed practices should not be grounds for removal from the team. She will be practicing onboard and working out. We are in for beach volleyball on Castaway Cay.

One little hiccup, I am scheduled to work the day we leave. Either my vacation was not approved or the person who does the schedule forgot I am leaving a week from Sunday.

No one else is allowed to get sick or hurt before we leave. That is an order!

Great News Now you just need to give the person at work a little slap in the head and let them know that life is too precious and they need to approve your vacation PRONTO!

Since Hazel and I are now doing the cruise, we cancelled our 5 night stay at OKW and will be spending Sunday night at the Radisson and will be taking the 10am shuttle to the port on Monday morning.

Happy to have you onboard... we are on the 10am shuttle also! We will see you there. I'll be with my dh and 2 little kids (7 and 3) that will probably be jumping out of their skin they are so excited!

Come on Radisson people, come and join us. I've got the first round!

I'm not sure what time we will be arriving at the Radisson so I would hate to say we'd join everyone and then not show up. We are coming from WDW and hoping to get to the Radisson by the afternoon, but Mickey may pull us back into the parks that day. Maybe we could meet up for breakfast at the hotel at say, 8:30/9am before everyone gets on their shuttles on Monday morning? I think they have a buffet breakfast- included in some of the room rates or pretty inexpensive otherwise.
