You have two new cruisiers joining your group. I just got off the DCL website and saw a cat. 12 became available so I grabbed it for my DW and I. We will be in cabin #2021. Our DD will be staying in Tavares, FL with my mom while Hazel and I take the cruise. This is a surprise for Hazel and she won't be finding out about it until sometime tomorrow.

Sorry, but I won't be along the banks of the port channel to get any pics of the Magic sailing away, because I will be on the Magic!!!!!!!

I remember that picture.....that was day 1 on the PC cruise and I saw two guys in grass skirts.....I knew you had to be Scott & Bob...but at that time didn't know who was who!!!!!!

ahhh the memories from that cruise....can't wait to make lots of new ones from this cruise....

Can't wait to see our "old" friends again and to make new friends...less than 2 weeks for us.....

I seem to remember from the Med Repo cruise that someone asked either Scott or Debbie (EpcotKilterFan) if Scott and I were brothers.
My answer would have yes....sorta.
Scott would be the older, wiser, smarter, funnier brother.

That's great! I love surprises. We surprised our teen DS's with a Disney cruise in 10/06 and got all the way into our stateroom before revealing we were actually staying onboard for the cruise. I have no idea how I was able to keep that one quiet for almost 2 years.

In 2 Weeks!

O.K. Kiddies. It is getting better all the time. Daydreaming again .....

We're Still Here. Soon we will be On the Road Again and hope our home isn't occupied by the Gypsies in the Palace. After a disney song or two, we'll be at our One Particular Harbour. If there is a Coconut Telegraph we'll find out how much We Are the People Our Parents Warned Us About while enjoying our Changes in Latitude, Changes in Attitude. When it is Five O'Clock Somewhere, we'll be in Margaritaville doing Fins and feel like a real Reggae Guy.
While in Nassau we will find that the weather will be Nothin' But a Breeze.
But by the end of the cruise, we will be telling the Magic that we Miss You So Badly and though we did not see the Southern Cross or drink from a Tin Cup Chalice, we will have a wonderful time.
On this cruise we will meet the newest Pirate (that) Looks at 40 fresh from left coast.
After our Lovely Cruise, Lee and I will be heading out that morning for The Farside of the World at AKV.

O.K. it is not Georgie like, but I just felt a bit creative.

Any work on a JB night? When did you guys on the 11 night find out you had a JB night. Did DCL just plan one for you without any prompting?

It would be fun if they did the same thing again!

I was kinda inspired while listening to my cruise mix cd.

The JB night was announced in the communicator that we received that morning. It was on the Med Repo cruise on Castaway Cay day.

There was something in the Promenade Lounge in the 11 Night, but that was a singing duo and we all just kinda butted in.

Hopefully DCL is paying attention and will have
Jimmy Buffett Tribute Night on Deck 9. Hint. Hint.

NJ Update: I will make this long story short... Joe's mom fell backwards yesterday afternoon while carrying her mail and walking up her outdoor concrete steps. At 85 any kind of a fall is dangerous. She hurt her back shoulder and head and is now in the hospital. So far, all tests have come back with no broken bones. She did have a concussion. We both got 4 hours of sleep last night. Joe is on his way to the hospital right now to relieve our SIL. Mom B. will be kept through the weekend for more tests. I am pushing for the tests to be completed quickly so she can recover at home.

Oh No! Thank goodness there weren't any broken bones! sending Good thoughts and for all tests to come out well!

Well, I think I have gotten caught up with what I wanted to reply to.
Funny I can remember stuff on the board a week ago, but can't remember what to pick up at the grocery.

Been a busy week here. Mainly had a house guest off and on for the summer and now she has moved in on campus. We will have her parents here this weekend. So the packing is being put off until at least Sunday evening.

Sorry to hear about so many ailments. Starting to worry about that myself.
I have twisted my left ankle twice this summer and left knee once. They have not healed quickly. Guess that's part of getting old.
I know that doesn't stack up to what a lot of folks are dealing with, so I should consider myself fortunate.

Only 5 more working days for me.
