Long day at work today... got in around 6:00 am to prepare for a meeting. I think I'll stop those hours so I can concentrate on staying healthy!!!

Glad Joe is doing a little better. Ron also had ginger ale, some weak tea and dry Cheerios. His fever has broken, too. Hopefully they'll both be much better tomorrow!

Georgie hope your hubby gets better! As for me I went to the hospital today and turns out I broke my foot. After many tears I decided we just cant cancel so I'll be on the cruise in a cast with crutches and probably a wheelchair or scooter. Does anyone know any place that rents them? Thanks!

Speaking of --- will they do a late night chocolate buffet on this cruise do you think?? I remember that from my last 7 night western, and it was awesome!! Too bad the seas were like 30 feet and i didn't feel like eating! LOL

Doing a little better today. Just worn out. Doing well on liquids but not so happy with solids still. Going to try to go to work today. Will see how long I last. It is just against my grain to miss 2 days in a row unless I am dying. I think I am just shy of that now!

OH NO!!! What rotten news. If only you could rewind the time back! I'm glad you did find out though. It would be terrible to be at sea and then discover it was broken.

I don't know what places rent the wheelchairs or scooters. I have seen scooters on board the ship. It's a tight squeeze in the hallways, but they fit! You will be a pro!

I'm so sorry to hear that you broke it I'm glad that you decided to make the best of it and just enjoy your cruise anyway. You should shop for a scooter with a drink holder Boy, once all the characters sign your cast, there won't be much room for Disers.

I hope everyone who is currently sick gets lots of rest and goes to the doctor to get any medication that may help. Like an idiot I waited till I thought my head was going to explode from a migrane to find out it was a sinus infection and 3 days of antibiotic later my headache went away. Feel better everyone!

Nftysqrt, if you are wanting a scooter, you should probably check out the Disabilities board, they have lots of great information there. We rented scooters for a trip several years ago, and I think we used Randy's Mobility, and they had really good service--delivered right to our resort. Not sure how it would work with the cruise.

News from the Jersey side of Mouse Beach... DH is sick. He is never sick. He never refuses food, but came home and said I don't really think I should eat anything.

He is now in bed. I gave him a little something, but... nope... He's sick.

Better now than next week. I will keep him in good care.

Leslie... hope Fay isn't too bad. You've seen enough H2O for quite some time!

Gary's sick too. I might have to kill him if he passes it along to me. I've been dealing with way too many doctors as well as a hospital visit in the last couple of months.

I need to be on the Magic with a drink garnished with an umbrella in my hand.
