Hey Everyone! I'm trying to talk DH into this cruise too. We went the first week of September last year and are going again this year. I am trying to keep it an annual trip. DH is reluctant to book too far in advance but maybe I can get him to book while we are on the cruise this year. Keep your fingers crossed!!

I just wish there were more Disr's going I have no one to chat about it with. I think the boat is pretty empty. I got stateroom 2002 Cat 9 so I was happy with that. Have a great time on your cruise!! I am going on my first cruise this year on DCL (well, on any line for that matter!) And i know exactly how you feel.. It is such a great feeling of anticipation! I swear, i have already had dreams a couple times at night that i am on the cruise -- and then i wake up, and i'll admit, i am always excited that i was just dreaming, b/c it gets me more excited about it all!! (Except for the dream where i forgot about my navigators til the last night of the cruise, and then i missed all the stuff i wanted to do!! LOL) THAT was more of a nightmare! LOL

Is anyone doing something special???

I know a few lucky cruisers will be REALLY celebrating on the High Seas during their trans-Atlantic crossing!!!

Last year, for "Dead Man's Chest", we did the midnight NYC premiere with seaulater, then came home the next day and dressed up as pirates with our whole family and stormed the local movie theater! It was great fun!!!

I have been delinquent in posting to introduce myself, but DW and I are currently booked on this cruise. But, since I know that Elaine is going to be there, not so sure if we will keep the reservation!

We are also booked on the 11/29 Western next year, so we will have to wait and see if we keep this cruise. But, since I booked a Cat 9 on day 1 and got a GREAT price, we will probably end up going with you guys. A long weekend is a nice thing!

Peter - we may need you to clarify the roster with nice elaine and not so nice Elaine.
