I haven't posted in a while, but I check back on the thread frequently. I can't believe we have to wait almost 16 more months before our cruise! I hope the time passes by quickly and our time on the Magic passes by SLOOOWLY!

I hope today finds you well. You are right..good movie watching day. We watched Cars last night, finally, lol. It was great. We have tivo'd a lot of shows this week and we haven't had a chance to watch them, so today is the day. Just have to run to Publix quick to get some mangos for the salsa and we will be all set. Gonna put that mango salsa over some grilled sea bass later today.

We just got back from a birthday party and are headed to a Kentucky Derby party later today. No Cinco de Mayo celebrations for us this year unless it's with mint juleps and Kentucky Fried Chicken!

Good morining everyone!

Sunny and warm here today. We headed over to the theater this morning for the 9:15 showing of Spiderman 3. Good movie, very long, 2 1/2 hours. The probably could have shortened it up just a bit.

Time to relax.

Yardville.... isn't (or wasn't) there a state prison there? I used to work in the court system.

Yes... Garden State Youth Correctional Center is nearby. The funny thing is, they built it in Burilington County, but initially called it Yardville YCC.

Of course, people in Yardville were up in arms. Why call something Yardville unless it really IS in Yardville? Because Bordentown residents didn't want to be known for having a youth correctional center!!! They got around it because their mailing addres was to a Yardville PO box!!!

Eventually the center was renamed to Garden State Correctional Center, but everyone still refers to it as Yardville Prison.
