Special 5 night Bahamas 9/1/08 Are you going?

I guess it is just luck - we ended up against the wall in AP and it makes it harder to really get the impact of the show. thanks for posting this.

We've been all over in the dining room - and seen groups just about everywhere. As adults, we loved having a window seat overlooking the water. However, with DD that was the WORST place to be. Now we just ask to be placed near the show as close as possible. It keeps DD occupied with all of the coming and going - and makes it a bunch easier for her to sit through the dinner.

It's in the NINETIES here today. I think we're breaking heat wave records. It feels like July.

I can sense all the sympathy heading my way from those of you in the snow. No really - I can tell how much you guys feel for me! Stuck here in the heat with the A/C running full blast...

I hope the sunshine shines down on you soon. We were in Denver recently and managed to sneak in for a week of skiing between snow storms. Ahhh! I do love the snow (and then I really love getting to go home to shorts!)

I'm jealous you are going to the Med way before us. We are on the Aug 8th 10 day, just before the Magic comes home.

I think we might try to go to Atlantis when we are in Nassau. Does anyone know if Disney offers Atlantis as an excursion? I know you can book rooms at the comfort suites (across the street) and sometimes Atlantis will actually sell day passes. We stayed there year before last for a week and had a blast so we are hoping to make it there while we are in Nassau!

I called today and got Main Dining! I can't believe how far away this cruise is because I WANT TO GO NOW!!!

When we went last year over Easter, DCL offered excursions to Atlantis but none of them included the pools. You got to spend time on the beach and visit the aquarium, but no water park fun. I decided it was cheaper (and better) to book day rooms. If I remember, there was another place too besides the Comfort Suites, but I don't remember the name.

We are considering doing Atlantis. Friends have stayed there and have raved about it.

Tomorrow ends my Jury Duty assignment! I just called in and found out that I am through with my committment Almost got selected for a criminal case. It sounded really interesting, but I got dismissed due to my hearing loss. I told them I would give it a try, but they decided no go... so it's back to work!

I have a confession....in my 15 or so years of living in Ft Collins, I have been to Wyoming twice! Once to shop at Sierra Trading Post, once to drive to Iowa! I should make it up there more often to explore. Do you get down to Ft Collins at all? I am sooooo tired of the wind and snow we have been hit with continually....more so the wind, but I know it much worse up north for you guys! Summer is on its way (not soon enough, though!)
