If you need a cat 5 on deck 7 you can tour our cabin..lol. We can certainly provide a drink for all people who tour. Maybe an Alliagtor alley (a little midori, pravda vodka, banana liquor, parrot bay and a splash of pineapple juice). Pure heaven! Goes down real easy..lol.

Hope you all are doing well.

For those of you considering the Radisson, we have stayed there before all our cruises, we love it. Will probably stay there again, although that means we have to miss Scott and Lynn's wine party, but we get to meet everyone else at Grills for dinner. Either is great.

We wish this cruise was much much closer than it is.

Man that drink sounds GOOD..Cheryl you just gave me another thing to crave..sharon

Tracy..we should get the recipes for the grand marnier and the grey goose lemon slushy from france..those would be great cruise drinks and I have a magic bullet now..lol.

:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Sharon, thanks for the picture! You can't see it in this picture but my martini matches my shirt! Oh and I think this is the most people that have been at Palo bar at once!

I spent a lot of time at the bar in Palo on our last 7 night cruise. Christina could make great martinis!!! The best was the vanilla martini :woohoo:

Tracy

Now when did my daughter start moonlighting at Palo's. I knew we'd been drinking wine around her too often - but martinis?????? :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:

YUM!! I know it is forever away. At least it is now 17 months instead of 18.:rolleyes1

That cruise was a quiet relaxing cruise..somehow I think this one is going to a "moving and a shaking cruise !"...

what time do they shut the Palo bar down - that is so much more appealing a space to drink in than the other bars. Do they let you get appetizers or dessert?

The bar is open until 10. I just checked with a manager at DCL and he said that you can get desserts. Not sure about appetizers.

oooh Tracy - just added this to my list!!!! YUMMMM. It's so pretty there I would go up every nite for dessert and a drink. wonderful.

Where does everyone else like to go for a drink. I found most of the internal spaces pretty unappealing. ON the last night we went to the staff show in Diversions - which is a really attractive space. No one was ever at the piano bar on the 3rd deck - why is that?

We also spend a lot of time in Session (after Palo closed), but I find it to get kind of smokey in there. Maybe that's why there aren't many people in there. We packed the place though in September 2007.

On the 11 night we spent a lot of time in Diversions. The martinis in there are great.

We spent some time in the 3rd deck bar...mostly when they had Jimmy Buffet music going.

The group we hung with was pretty much good to go, alcohol wise, lol. We brought it all with us and shared. :thumbsup2 :rotfl2: :cool1:

Thanks Jennifer. That sounds great also. Will have to try it.

Where in Texas are you? We lived in Colleyville for almost 4 years...we loved it.

We live in Corinth, two exits north of Lake Lewisville. We've moved around Texas allot! We've lived in Dallas, Red Oak, Plano, Lantana (Argyle) and now Corinth. Bill (DH) says if we move any further north, we'll be living in Oklahoma.:rotfl2:

:tinker: Jennifer
