Thanks for the advice. I was wondering about a transportation service as it sure seems cheaper than renting the big monster van. I would rather have more money to spend on the ship!!

Need to start thinking about what our plans are pre-cruise. Decisions, decisions.

I wish both of you a very nice trip. We like to drive down as well instead of flying. I'm a little more tempted to fly now though because Jet Blue is now flying non-stop out of Rochester!!

We will be in WDW on Oct. 13 to the 20th. Have fun Canadian Cruisers!!

In our school district, you're not officially absent if you haven't started school. I have friends who actually go on vacation right before the start of school then bring their kids in a few days late. They're never considered absent if they weren't there the first day.

Hopefully my nephews and their parents will be joining us on this cruise. If so, we'll have a 5 year old boy in our group!

We are leaving very early tomorrow morning so today is the day I start freaking out about what I might have missed. Thursday I remembered the park passes. Need those to get in to Food & Wine! Finally remembered to locate them Friday night. Forgot about the newspaper until I heard the car out there this morning dropping today's off. I guess there's not much I can do about that one.

Rain and Wind has greeted us this morning, Temp is 36 and the wind is the same. Glad today is a rest day. Looks like the pups will get a trip to the store in the jeep or truck, they like that.

Spamalot was totally KEWL!!!!!!!

We went to the zoo as we are members of the Denver Zoo and it was KEWL!!! New baby Zebra, 4 days old. Looking forward to Christmas there, as we hear they do special lights and ice carvings for the season.

Did a 7 mile run yesterday, getting ready for the TOT 13K.

Ken have a great ride, hope your weather is good.

Time for stuff around the house today. Might make meatloaf, or chili, or veggie soup, or maybe a couple of things, guess “ two outta three ain’t bad” (get it Meatloaf) LOL sorry kinda early.

Good Morning All.
Great weekend here. Football and breakfast club was fantastic yeterday.

This morning it is 55° and barely a cloud in the sky. Beautiful.
Belle and I went out for a short walk and then a dip in the hot tub with some K&C.

Company should be up soon, so then we will have breakfast.

Just spoke to Tracy and Sherpa Bill as we call him,
First off Sherpa Bill was almost Fired! (left one piece of Luggage in the house)Bad Sherpa!!!

I suggested retraining!!!

And think i have got him out of Hot Water AGAIN!

It was just minutes until the Safety Drill...
As i could hear on the Pa System!

Also Something BIG is happening on this Cruise!!!!!

I was just wondering, how many of you have 5 year olds that will be on this cruise? I just wanted to get an idea of how many new friends my DS will get to make.

Besides it will be good practice for him to meet new people and then when he gets back, go to kindergarten and meet a whole class of new kids that have been in school for 3 days already.

That’s right, my DS will never get perfect attendance…

I will have a 5 year old too!! I am such a bad mom for making her miss her 1st week of kindergarten but I think she will forgive me. I believe as well ( from experience from being a teacher) that your son will not miss days from school in the schools eyes because they are not enrolled until the 1st day they come. So maybe he will get perfect attendance.

Hello from the Disney Wonder!! No new show as we will be having Hercules tonight (that's ok, I Herc!).

The big news is that Al Weiss is having his yearly retreat for presidents on the ship this year. They usually go to 5 star resorts. I've seen quite a few familiar faces too. Ian from London, Hollywood, I mean Clayton!!

Have not met a single DISer and it feels strange!

So far we have not had a good cabin steward. I hope that changes today. We had dirty towels in our room when we arrived, have not gotten our Castaway Club gift yet, NO ICE BUCKET! and a couple weird things that I won't mention here. I hope today is better with him.

We'll be in Nassau this morning.
