*Special 3 Night Magic Sailing 09-24-2008

Is there anyway to know ahead of time which restaurant you will be eating at on which night of the cruise? We want to go to Palo but don't want to miss Animators Palate.

I had the same fear, and I have not found any way to know ahead of time. I went ahead and booked my palo dinner early, so I could enjoy the view. Then if that happens to be my Animators Palate night, my first choice will be to try to change it and if I can't change it, since I have the late dinner seating, I'll just go to the dinning room after Palo's and have a drink and watch the show.

Good idea I think we will do the same thing, we will book Palo and then if it is the night we are supposed to b ein Animators Palate, we will try and change it. We also have the late seating.

The MNSSH is awesome. It's at the Magic Kingdom. It's a separate admission and I think definitely worth it. DD and I went last year and had a blast. They empty out the park by 7 but we were allowed in at 5. They give you a wristband and we were able to go on all the attractions without any waiting lines. The parade, fireworks etc were fantastic.:yay: Not to mention all the chocolate candies we received. 5 of us are going on the 23rd (my bday) then driving to the ship early on the 24th. If you are a DVC member, you receive a discount on the tickets. Doing either Universal or MGM after the cruise. DD wants to go to Universal's Halloween Horror Night the day we get off the ship. I'm a chicken and don't want to go. :scared1:

I can't wait to do the cruise. Although for us it'll be a tease after doing the Transatlantic one for 14 days last year. My feeling - 3 days on a Disney Cruise is better than no days on a Disney cruise:thumbsup2

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Bev

I want to go, but I'm not sure if I want to go alone. I went a long time ago, with my mom and she really did not like all the "scary characters" coming up to you. I don't like that either but I was okay with it with my mother there (and I'm not a kid - at the time I was in my 30's and she was in her 50's :rotfl: )
I don't like the haunted houses - but I do like the shows, I have a feeling I will chicken out.

so, My Dad and I will be on this cruise. My aunt and uncle wanted to cruise again and want some alone time away from my cousins, so we are going to be watching my cousins when my aunt and uncle do diff stuff. can't wait I'll actually get paid by my aunt and uncle for watching my cousins which means more money to go towards my back to back cruise on the magic feb 21st-march 7th, 2009(back to back will be a early 21st birthday present)

can't wait to get on the magic again was just on the Magic July 13th-July 20th and had the best time ever:cool1:

We are also on the special 3 day cruise back to back with the 7 day! We can't wait!

Is anybody doing fish extenders for the cruise on the 24th??

My DD has no idea that we are all going on this cruise. We were originally booked on 9/1/08 but things came up. In the past, we've started a tradition of doing the Disney Cruise for our birthdays (9/23 and 9/26). She knew the Magic was in dry dock and the Wonder was too much $$. She thinks she's only :rotfl2: going to DisneyWorld with her boyfriend :love2: and doesn't know the Magic is doing this 3 day cruise and so are we. Boy will she be surprised.

if you guys are interested in a Fish Extender exchange...I could set it up....let me know if anyone is interested

I don't know anything about the fish extenders. Can someone tell me about it?
We only have 48 more days till we all cruise!

Hi,

I would love to do the fish extender exchange... It would be so much fun if we could get a bunch of cabins involved!

Trisha

Hi. Count us in too. It's alot of fun checking your fish extenders for gifts and fun giving them out (without getting caught).
