The Atlantis is a beautiful resort. They have the aquarium that is interesting and I know my son enjoyed playing poker when we were there 4 years ago - when he was 18. The 4 of us have been there but the other 2 haven't so I figured we'd check it out. I purchased our MNSSH tickets today. Booked accommodations for the 23rd but not the 27th yet. Booked the airfare so slowly it's coming together.

Hi everyone,
Was going to start a thread - but glad I found this one!!!!!
We'll be sailing with you too. DH, DD21 and I had already been booked on the first Magic cruise out of dry-dock, the 7-night Cruise to Costa Maya with two stops at Castaway Cay which was then changed from Costa Maya to Grand Cayman. When the new 3-night special cruise was announced, we booked immediately, but since DD has recently started her first job and can't get more time off the 3-night cruise will be DH and I on our own - our first cruise as a couple - Yippee!!! Will be strange only the two of us - but we're really looking forward to cruising alone. DD will still be joining us aboard for the 7-night cruise on the 27th.
Did anyone manage to book anything above a Cat 6?
Have flights booked as well as pre-stay in WDW from the 20th. Will also be staying one night after the 7-night too.
Looking forward to sailing with everyone.

We are officially doing this cruise. I booked it earlier today. No excursions for us. This will be our 8th Disney Cruise. My daughter will be 21 on the 26th; her boyfriend's bday is on the 11th; my boyfriend's bday is the 19th and mine is the 23rd. I'll be 21 again along with my daughter. Lots of celebrating I figured we'd go to The Atlantic for a little while to see the aquarium and gamble. We'll enjoy Serenity Bay. We want to celebrate her 21st birthday with the mouse. As of now, there's 6 of us going.

We did MNSSH 2 years ago. It was awesome. We're flying into Orlando on the 23rd to do it before the cruise and on the 27th , after the cruise, we'll probably do Universal's Halloween Horror Nights.

Oh Bev how wonderful to be celebrating so much - Congratulations to all. My DD celebrated her 21st last year on the Magic, we celebrated 25 years of marriage 20 days later also aboard the Magic and a month belated graduation for DD snuck in between too. We had a wonderful or should I say "Magical" time aboard. DCL and all the CM were phenomenal and really made our celebrations extra special.

Which Atlantis excursion are you thinking of doing? I did the Discover Atlantis in 2006 with my DBF and really enjoyed it. DH hasn't done this yet. We have Scuba Diving booked at the moment but may change to Discover Atlantis since we're diving on 7-night.

We're also thinking of doing the MNSSHP on the 23rd! Need to look at booking that soon.

DVC offers a discounted price on the MNSSH tickets. We're staying at SSR the night before and I guess Pop Century on the 27th. I don't have enough points for 2 studios on the 27th.

We live in Northeast Philly. It's not that far from Delaware. Can't wait.

My DBF that is going is planning it. We aren't actually doing an excursion. She has been many times and loves to plan our trips so I am letting her handle this! I think we are just going to take the water taxi over, have a look around, maybe play a few machines and then head over to senior frogs!

Hey fellow cruisers! I will be joining this cruise with my DBF, some of you may already know her, because she is all over this board! (i am finally able to post Ashley!) Yes, me and Ashleylovesthebeach will be setting sail on the special 3 day Magic cruise!! This is our 2nd annual girls cruise!! Looking forward to getting to know everyone here over the next 68 days until Boarding Day! Good times!!

Hey Maria! I am so glad you got your dis fixed! I am so excited and can't wait till we leave and head south! I think we should leave at 2 am so we can hang by the pool before we begin our wonderful Disney things Tuesday!

Wow! That will be very nice! I am hoping to book a seven day while we are onboard. I have done several 4-5 days but not the 7 day. I just have to talk the husband into it!

I have a 4 night booked in May - the Podcast cruise and I'm hoping I can get a better deal w/ the on board booking. I hear that's the way to get the best discount.

Howdy! We'll be on the 3 night on Magic, this is my 7th cruise, first on Disney and am excited! We are going to be at DisneyWorld the four nights prior to the cruise.

We are going the night before our cruise. I have never gone but my friend and her husband have gone and she says it is a lot of fun!

I have been to MNSSHP and it is great fun. I am going to go - but I haven't decided if I am going to do it the Tuesday before the cruise or the Sunday after the cruise. We are going to do the Halloween party the Tuesday before the cruise and do the food and wine festival the Saturday after the cruise!
I am very excited as both of these will be new for me. I am also excited to have something to look forward to after the cruise. Hopefully this means I won't get the bad awful "back to the real world" feeling Saturday morning when I wake up!

IMHO - yes it is definately worth the money. The parade w/ the headless horseman is awesome, the fireworks were really good. And I got a ton of candy - which I so did not need.
